Which countries are not members of Interpol?
Among all the recognized United Nations member states, only North Korea and Tuvalu are not members of INTERPOL. The Vatican City (Holy See) is also not officially a member of the network. Several territories with partial international recognition also remain outside the system, including Taiwan, Kosovo, and Western Sahara. One of the most common reasons these regions are not part of the INTERPOL network is political resistance during attempts to join or the unpreparedness of their local legal systems.
